Revenue AI may collect information directly from customers, through use of our services, and from systems customers choose to connect to Revenue AI. The information we process depends on how the service is configured and which features and integrations are used.

When you create an account, request a demonstration, communicate with us, or use Revenue AI, we may collect information such as: Name · Business name · Email address · Phone number · Account information · Billing and subscription-related information, where applicable · Communications with Revenue AI · Product usage and configuration information. We may also collect technical information associated with use of our website or application, such as device, browser, IP address, log, and diagnostic information where applicable.

CRM and Lead Data
Customers may connect Revenue AI to CRM platforms and other sales systems. Depending on the customer’s configuration, Revenue AI may process lead and contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, CRM contact identifiers, lead source information, lead status, opportunity information, qualification information, appointment information, sales pipeline information, CRM fields and metadata, workflow and enrollment state, and other information made available through connected systems. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to provide this information to Revenue AI and to use Revenue AI to process it.

Conversation and Message Data
Revenue AI may process communications associated with leads and customers when required to provide its services. This may include inbound and outbound messages, conversation history, message timestamps and direction, conversation state, AI-generated or recommended responses, human takeover state, qualification context, and related workflow information. This information may be used to understand conversation context, determine appropriate workflow actions, generate or recommend responses, maintain conversation state, and provide other Revenue AI functionality.

AI Processing
Revenue AI uses artificial intelligence and automated systems as part of providing the service. Depending on the features being used, information may be processed by AI systems to analyze leads, interpret inbound messages, understand conversation context, assist with lead qualification, determine appropriate next steps, generate or recommend responses, support workflow execution, and analyze sales-related information. Information necessary for these functions may be transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers acting as service providers to Revenue AI. Revenue AI does not represent that automated systems are error-free. Customers remain responsible for configuring and supervising their use of the service appropriately.

How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and operate Revenue AI; process customer-configured workflows; analyze leads and conversations; generate or recommend sales actions; maintain workflow and conversation state; integrate with customer-authorized systems; provide support; authenticate users and protect accounts; monitor reliability and performance; diagnose issues; improve products and services; prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity; process payments and administer subscriptions; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements. We do not use customer data for purposes materially unrelated to providing, maintaining, securing, or improving the service except where otherwise disclosed or permitted.

Service Providers
Revenue AI relies on third-party service providers to operate the platform. These may include providers of cloud hosting, database infrastructure, artificial intelligence infrastructure, CRM and communications integrations, authentication, payment processing, analytics, monitoring and error reporting, email and customer communications, and other infrastructure necessary to operate the service. These providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to perform their services. Where appropriate, customers may also authorize Revenue AI to exchange information directly with third-party systems they choose to connect.

Data Sharing
Revenue AI does not sell customer CRM or lead data as a standalone data product. We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf; third-party systems and integrations authorized by the customer; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Revenue AI, our customers, users, or others; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction; and with the customer’s direction or consent. Customer-controlled information remains subject to the customer’s own obligations regarding its collection and use.

Data Retention
Revenue AI retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, how the service is configured, and applicable contractual or legal requirements. Where appropriate and technically feasible, information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Security
Revenue AI uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based service or information storage system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are also responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, credentials, integrations, access permissions, and connected systems.

International Processing
Revenue AI and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which the customer, user, or lead is located. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions in which Revenue AI or its service providers operate. Where legally required, appropriate mechanisms should be used for international transfers of personal information.

Privacy Rights
Depending on where an individual lives, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. These rights are not absolute and may depend on applicable law. When Revenue AI processes personal information on behalf of a business customer, that customer may control the relevant information. If an individual contacts Revenue AI regarding customer-controlled information, we may direct the request to that customer or assist the customer in responding as appropriate. Children’s Privacy
Revenue AI is a business-to-business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly offer the service directly to children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
